Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Growthpoint Coaching Co., doing business as GrowthpointOS ("GrowthpointOS", "we", "us"), collects through growthpointos.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. GrowthpointOS is a brand of Growthpoint Coaching Co.

What we collect

When you complete the free SystemSCORE assessment, we collect:

  • Your name, email address and company name.
  • Your mobile number, if you choose to give it. It is optional.
  • Your assessment answers: your priority, the description of your company you write, your revenue range and gross margin (or exact figures, if you choose to enter them), your growth-room estimates, and your ratings of the 24 components.
  • Whether you checked either text message consent box, with the time and the page where you checked it.

We also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address so we can limit repeated submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for site administrators.

How we use it

  • To build your SystemSCORE report and give you a private link to it.
  • To follow up about your report and to offer a conversation about it.
  • To send the text messages you agreed to receive, if you checked a consent box (see below).
  • To run, protect and improve the assessment.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us: website hosting, a database that stores your report, our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which sends our emails and texts, and an AI service that writes part of your report from your answers.

Text messaging (SMS)

GrowthpointOS is a brand of Growthpoint Coaching Co. If you give us your mobile number and check an SMS consent box, we use your number only to send the text messages you agreed to receive and to respond to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. How long we keep it

We keep your report and contact details while they are useful for following up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
  • Email info@growthpointos.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Security

Your report is stored in a database that only our server can read, and the link to it is long and random. No method of storing information online is perfectly secure, so keep your report link private.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
