These terms apply to your use of growthpointos.com. GrowthpointOS is a brand of Growthpoint Coaching Co. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The SystemSCORE assessment
The SystemSCORE assessment and report are free educational tools. Your report is an estimate built from the answers and figures you enter. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions based on it.
Your information
Please enter accurate information. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by submitting automated or false entries, trying to reach parts of the site you are not authorized to use, or interfering with how it runs.
Content
The site content, including the SystemSCORE assessment, the Five Systems of Growth framework and the reports, is owned by Growthpoint Coaching Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may keep and share your own report. You may not copy or resell the assessment or its content.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Growthpoint Coaching Co. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your report.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
SMS Terms
Program. GrowthpointOS, a brand of Growthpoint Coaching Co., sends text messages to people who opt in on growthpointos.com. Messages cover SystemSCORE report delivery and follow-up, confirmations and reminders for calls you book, and invitations and reminders for the Friday Founder's Call (Fridays at 1:00 PM ET).
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to GrowthpointOS text messages.
Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 9 messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT) at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more messages after that. Reply START to rejoin.
Help. Reply HELP, or email info@growthpointos.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.growthpointos.com/privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
